Am I required to store long-term?
We require annual leases, paid in advance, at our location. Be sure to give us a call if you have any questions.
How do I pay my storage bill?

What ammenities are included?
Our facility includes a washrack to rinse your boat off after use as well as an air compressor. We also have an onsite ice machine that provides up to 40lbs per day per tenant (first come, first serve).
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What type of parking do you offer?
We offer indoor boat parking spaces. Our units are all 14 wide' X 35' deep in size. The doors are 12' W X 14' H.
What security features do you offer?
We are committed to having a safe and secure facility with 24-hour video surveillance, exterior lighting, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing.
